I have almost 20 years of experience in various types of educational settings – in public schools and private, in the US and abroad, and now working with preschool and elementary aged kids in small groups through homeschooling and various other forums.

My passions include great children’s literature, exploration, and music. If I’m not hiding in the kitchen sneaking a bite of chocolate, you’ll most likely find me discovering the world through my kids’ eyes, hanging out with my rockstar physicist husband, reading yet another article about child development, or perusing my favorite thrift store’s book or game sections.
